My name is Alvar Segui De la Quadra-Salcedo

I am an enthusiastic, curious and creative person full of passion and love for life, With an Explosive Adventurous spirit, an outgoing personality and a truly strong will power.

My goal is to live life present in the moment, in perfect Balance between the Universe within myself, doing what I love, What I am good at, and using all that to give a possitive message to the world fulfilling my Destiny in the Universe without.

Coming from a family of Explorers, Audiovisual Pioneers and Artists , I have been raised with a unique way to see the world and the desire to honour my inherited values.

Passion

My life is directly connected to my Passions. Surfing Waves, Nature, Travelling and Learning about the world and the cosmologies of different cultures that live in it fuels my soul. These things give me the experience of fully being alive and enlightened, They are my inspirations and the source of my potential and my creativity.

Surfing and travelling both give me the vision of seeing life as a journey that starts at birth and ends at death, and in the middle... just enjoy the Ride, Flow with what life gives you and make the best out of it.

Vocation

Since a very early age I have been using my Imagination and CREATIVITY to EXPERIENCE life more fully, more intensely.

I see myself as a Channel. I have an Inevitable Drive for the EXPRESSION of what I have lived or learnt, Giving that experience back to the world in the shape of an artistic form, Wheter it is trhough Drawings or Paintings or Designs, or even writing Travel Journals. Over the years I have gathered an extensive portfolio of work experience in many arts.

It appears though that Filmmaking turned out to be the best way to comunicate my insights and experiences, a form of art that I felt in love with since I started filming my travels, and where I decided to focus and develop my skills.
